                                          Appointment Cancellation Policy

          I understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens I respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an opportunity for treatment.('warning'if you make a payment before, you would not get your refund back) 

I understand that special unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel within 24 hours. Session charges may be waived but only with my approval.

As a courtesy to all my clients, I  thank you for being prompt and  on time. If you are late in arriving then you can only receive treatments up to the time remaining in the scheduled session, without refund or if you have single session (e.g 15 min and you are late more than 5 minutes i will have to  cancel your session). Ensure to arrive 5 minutes before appointment.

I also reserve the right to cancel the appointment.

Thank you for being a valued customer and for your understanding and cooperation as I institute this policy. This policy will enable me to open otherwise unused sessions to better service the needs of all my clients.
